GENERAL ASPECTS
Origin: Rama Caida, San Rafael Mendoza.
Soils: alluvial type, with Sandy texture and rocky subsoil of great permeability, watered by the waters of the Diamante River.
Climate: dry and tempered summers with long days and cold nights from which we obtain fruits of an excellent color, smell and taste.
WINEMAKING
Harvest: manual selection of grapes and grains
Fermentation: temperatures between 25 and 28 degrees Celsius (77 -83 F) Maceration: 15 to 20 days
TASTING NOTES
Color: deep red of high to moderate intensity and some violaceous traces on the crown of the glass.
Smell: complex that resembles black. Its simplicity shows the aroma of red bell peppers, which is typical of this kind of grape, as well as vanilla and chocolate.
Taste: it is a wine with a medium structure in the mouth, with soft but long lasting tannins.
