GENERAL ASPECTS
Origin: Rama Caida, San Rafael Mendoza.
Soils: alluvial type, with Sandy texture and rocky subsoil of great permeability, watered by the waters of the Diamante River.
Climate: dry and tempered summers with long days and cold nights from which we obtain fruits of an excellent color, smell and taste.
WINEMAKING
Harvest: manual selection of grapes and grains
Fermentation: temperatures between 25 and 28 degrees Celsius (77 -83 F) Maceration: 15 to 20 days
Detail: 20% oak
TASTING NOTES
Color: ruby red of moderate to high intensity and some crimson traces on the crown of the glass.
Smell: complex due to the contribution of wood. Its aromas resemble red fruits, marmalades, smoked wood and tobacco.
Taste: sweet because of its glycerol content, round and succulent.
