GENERAL ASPECTS
Origin: Rama Caida, San Rafael Mendoza.
Soils: alluvial type, with Sandy texture and rocky subsoil of great permeability, watered by the waters of the Diamante River.
Climate: dry and tempered summers with long days and cold nights from which we obtain fruits of an excellent color, smell and taste.
WINEMAKING
Harvest: manual selection of grapes and grains
Fermentation: temperatures between 15 and 17 degrees Celsius (59 -62 F) Maceration: 15 to 20 days
TASTING NOTES
Color: elegant aspect, with golden-yellow tones and lemon green ?ashes, limpid and shiny.
Smell: a complex wine, with a delicate ?oral pro?le and a background of cedron and rue.
Taste: round and fresh, thanks to the balanced level of acidity and alcohol which makes this wine easy to drink in any occasion.
