TASTING NOTES

Color: moderate-high intensity in its color, with a chromatic red spectrum and violaceous ?ashes.
Aroma: complex and with a clear di?erence of each variety. Notes that resemble spices such as pepper, clove and typical fruits of the Malbec varietal such as plum, raspberry and strawberry.  Roasted aromas are found, such as co?ee due to the rest of the wine in French and American oak. Taste: adequate tannins produce a moderate astringency which thanks to its acidity makes it agreeable and round.
