The word “sauvignon” can derive from the French sauvage, which means wild, and can refer to it is originally a wild vine native to France that found an excellent root in the lands of northern Argentina. Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine with a certain fruity flavor, mainly black currant and also blackberries, with a lot of body, structure and strong tannins, with a clear acidity and medi-um to high alcohol levels.
