GENERAL ASPECTS
Origin: Rama Caida, San Rafael Mendoza.
Soils: alluvial type, with Sandy texture and rocky subsoil of great permeability, watered by the waters of the Diamante River.
Climate: dry and tempered summers with long days and cold nights from which we obtain fruits of an excellent color, smell and taste.
WINEMAKING
Harvest: manual selection of grapes and grains, from selected vineyards.
Fermentation: temperatures between 25 and 28 degrees Celsius (77 -83 F)
Maceration: 15 to 20 days
TASTING NOTES
Color: intense red color, with blackish tones.
Aroma: good freshness characteristic of the varietal, like a ripe raspberry and something spicy that refers us to the clove.
Mouth: good structure with sweet tannins that gives it remarkable untuosity characteristic of our terroir.
