GENERAL ASPECTS
Origin: Rama Caida, San Rafael Mendoza.
Soils: alluvial type, with Sandy texture and rocky subsoil of great permeability, watered by the waters of the Diamante River.
Climate: dry and tempered summers with long days and cold nights from which we obtain fruits of an excellent color, smell and taste.
WINEMAKING
Harvest: manual selection of grapes and grains, from selected vineyards.
Fermentation: temperatures between 15 and 17 degrees Celsius (59 -62 F)
Maceration: 15 to 20 days
TASTING NOTES
Color: pale yellow with steely greenish flashes.
Aroma: citrus aromas, white grapefruit and a soft fragrance of white peach and tropical fruits like pineapple are perceived.
Mouth: it is a wine of average body, fresh and dry, but with a sweet entrance due to its balanced acidity.
