GENERAL ASPECTS
Origin: Rama Caida, San Rafael Mendoza.
Soils: alluvial type, with Sandy texture and rocky subsoil of great permeability, watered by the waters of the Diamante River.
Climate: dry and tempered summers with long days and cold nights from which we obtain fruits of an excellent color, smell and taste.
WINEMAKING
Harvest: manual selection of grapes and grains, from selected vineyards.
Fermentation: temperatures between 25 and 28 degrees Celsius (77 -83 F)
Maceration: 15 to 20 days
TASTING NOTES
Color: violet red intense, with some other purple tone.
Aroma: is very extroverted, with the aromas that characterize it, ripe red fruits, plum and cherry.
Mouth: medium structure for being a young wine, with a velvety that gives it kindness.
