Tasting Notes: This wine shows the typical pale golden color, characteristic of the wine variety. Floral and fresh aromas, resembling honeysuckle, roses, lemon and grapefruite. Apricot and other citric notes are present in this Torrontes. In the mouth, this wine is intense and well balanced, with an attractive final acidity, which makes it even fresher. Complex and powerful, this is a stylish version of the

 

Argentinean emblematic white wine variety. Having a long and gentile aftertaste, it is the perfect match for risotto and sea food or grilled shellfish, and of course sushi.

 

Wine making process: Prior crushing, grapes were hand sorted.  Fermentation was slow, at low controlled temperature (20ºC) produced by selected yeasts. This wine remained only 2 months in stainless steel tanks and then 2 other months in bottle.

 

Service Temperature: 6- 8ºC

Tasting Notes: This is a glittering deep red wine, with purple tinges. It shows all the characteristics of the high altitude terroir.  Tannins are mild and round. Intense nose, plenty of red fruit, plumbs and berries. This wine is ready to be enjoyed. A very versatile wine, ideal to pair with lots of alternatives, but best with red meat, pasta with tomato sauce and cheese… of course better if shared with friends.

 

Wine making process: Prior crushing, grapes were hand sorted.  Slow alcoholic fermentation. Fermentation at low controlled temperature (20ºC) produced by selected yeasts. Extended Maceration (25 to 30 days) and 100% of the juice went through malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tank.

Pietro Marini - Malbec/Cabernet Sauvignon Roble

Tasting Notes: glittering ruby red color with purple tinges. In mouth very complex and harmonious. With sweet mild and mature tannins.  Remembers of black fruits and a persisting end. From the oak obtains light flavors of coffee.

 

Wine making process: Prior crushing, grapes were hand sorted.  Fermentation was slow, at low controlled temperature (15ºC) produced by selected yeasts. The 100% of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, and it was aged for 6 months in first and second usage American (60%) and French (40%) oak barrels.

 

Service Temperature: 14ºC to 16ºC

Tasting Notes: Brilliant and deep red, with purple hints, shows all intensity of the high altitude terroir. Intense nose, plenty of red ripe fruit. In the mouth, long tasting aftertaste, but still fresh and easy to drink. A very versatile wine, you can enjoy it just talking. Ideal to pair with lamb and other red meats, pasta and more. Of course, better if shared with friends.

Tasting Notes: A fancy, elegant but powerful wine, revealing ripe red and black fruits. Pure silk and velvet, it invades the palate, leaving a wide and long lasting aftertaste. Barrel aging enhances its elegance without taking over fruitiness. A wine that will surprise your senses.

 

Wine making process: Prior crushing, grapes were hand sorted.  Fermentation was slow, at low controlled temperature (15ºC) produced by selected yeasts. The 100% of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, and it was aged for 11 months in first usage French (60%) and American (40%) oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Intense red color with violet reflections and black background. In the nose, fragrances of black and red berry fruits such as plums and blackberries are perceived, some floral and spicy notes make it different. In the mouth, it is of robust input with tannins that show its strong personality and with a long finish.

 

Wine making process: Prior crushing, grapes were hand sorted. Slow alcoholic fermentation. Fermentation at low controlled temperature (20ºC) produced by selected yeasts. Extended Maceration (25 to 30 days) and 100% of the juice went through malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tank.

Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red color with violet halo and black background. Complex in the nose. We find aromas of red fruits such as plums and cherries; a bit spicy typical of the malbec of the valley and aromas of black fruits, like the blackberry, typical of tannat. In the background, aromas of oak barrels such as vanilla and tobacco are perceived. The palate is sturdy in the mouth because of the presence of Tannat. With ripe tannins and very friendly.

Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red color with a bright, lively purplish halo. In the nose, we find fragrances of red fruits such as plums and raisins, something spicy typical of the Malbec in the valley and touches of vanilla, tobacco and honey produced by their passage through oak barrels. In the mouth, it is of sweet input, good balance of acidity, unctuous and friendly. Ripe tannins with a good final persistence. It invites you to keep drinking it. Good balance of sweetness without being overly sweet.

Tasting Notes: Bright, lively and very elegant salmon dimmed color.  In the nose, we find fragrances of red and white fruits as cherry, morello cherry and peach. In the mouth, it is of refreshing input with a sweet touch and good persistence. Excellent acidity, elegant, agile and easy to drink.
