Pairing: meat: steak, hamburger, goulash, stew, lamb and even duck. The proteins and fats of red meat go well with Cabernet Sauvignon, while its notes of black fruits allow to harmonize with several sauces of dark colors, such as plums, blueberries, wine reductions or mushrooms. This grape provides brilliant white wines and has excellent characteristics both on the palate and nose and color that gives the terroir of the wine regions of northern Argentina, since the cool and dry climates but with high temperatures in sum-mer are ideal for this white grape. These wines offer notes reminiscent of orange blossoms, orange blossoms, rose, jasmine, lilac or violet, fresh grapes (muscatel) and tropical fruits such as guava, peach, pineapple, melon or apricot.
