TASTING NOTES

Color: deep red of high to moderate intensity and some violaceous traces on the crown of the glass.
Aroma: complex that resembles red fruits like Raspberries and cranberries. Taste: it is a wine with an excellent volume in mouth, succulent, balanced acidity, fresh and easy to drink.

TASTING NOTES

Smell: complex that resembles black. Its simplicity shows the aroma of red bell peppers, which is typical of this kind of grape, as well as vanilla and chocolate.
Taste: it is a wine with a medium structure in the mouth, with soft but long lasting tannins. 

Finca - Malbec

TASTING NOTES

Color: ruby red of moderate to high intensity and some crimson traces on the crown of the glass.
Smell: complex due to the contribution of wood. Its aromas resemble red fruits, marmalades, smoked wood and tobacco.
Taste: sweet because of its glycerol content, round and succulent.

TASTING NOTES

Color: high intensity ruby red with traces of red fruits, plumbs and almonds. Smell: certain spicy aromas resemble of red bell pepper, oregano, eucalyptus and notes of plumb marmalade.
Taste: round with soft tannins, which provide structure and volume. Its leave is re?ned and long lasting. 

Finca - Chardonnay

TASTING NOTES

Color: elegant aspect, with golden-yellow tones and lemon green ?ashes, limpid and shiny.
Smell: a complex wine, with a delicate ?oral pro?le and a background of cedron and rue.
Taste: round and fresh, thanks to the balanced level of acidity and alcohol which makes this wine easy to drink in any occasion. 

Simonassi - Malbec 1922

Color: elegant and delicate chromatic intensity due to its age with violet tones that characterize it so much.
Aroma: it presents a di?erent pro?le, unusual, that de?nes its identity. We sense red and black fruits, vanilla, tobacco and smoked ?avor.
Taste: kind with very good structure congruently with its aroma. Of harmonic body, round and balanced acidity.

Color: elegant and delicate chromatic intensity where violaceous tones are protagonists and are accompanied by a deep red.
Aroma: complex with notes of dry fruit, plumbs, marmalades and ?owers like the rose hip, that mix in a harmonious and balanced way. The presence of other smells resemble of co?ee due to the rest in American and French wood.
Taste: kind with very good structure congruently with its aroma. Of harmonic body, round and balanced acidity.

TASTING NOTES

Color: it presents deep, intense and delicate red tones. We can appreciate ruby re?ections, of limpid and vivacious aspect.
Aroma: spicy, with smells of red and green peppers a leave of clove and di?erent kinds of pepper. Vanilla is also perceived, characteristic of the soil from where it comes.
Taste: it is harmonious with pleasant ripe tannins. There is a proper acidity that provides a good balance and structure. 

Simonassi - Cabernet - Malbec

TASTING NOTES

Color: moderate-high intensity in its color, with a chromatic red spectrum and violaceous ?ashes.
Aroma: complex and with a clear di?erence of each variety. Notes that resemble spices such as pepper, clove and typical fruits of the Malbec varietal such as plum, raspberry and strawberry.  Roasted aromas are found, such as co?ee due to the rest of the wine in French and American oak. Taste: adequate tannins produce a moderate astringency which thanks to its acidity makes it agreeable and round.
